TII warrants that the products we manufacture or sell are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment except where otherwise noted in TII's current product catalog. The products are only warranted if used within the limitations of TII's specification, other TII published literature and the products are returned in accordance with TII's Return Authorization instructions.
The Buyer's exclusive and sole remedy on account of any defective products furnished by TII, and TII's liability with respect thereto is limited to replacement thereof or the invoice cost thereof, as shall be determined by TII in its sole discretion. Handling or service charges in question with return of such products, if approved by TII, shall be charged as determined by TII. TII shall not be liable in any event for any general, special, incidental, direct, non-direct or consequential damages to the Buyer or anyone on account of any products sold by TII. This warranty is void if the product is altered or repaired by other than TII. The foregoing shall constitute the Buyer’s sole right and remedy.
Valid in USA and Canada
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. The original purchaser must contact ADSLProducts.com at warranty@adslproducts.com for all warranty claims.
Your ADSLProducts.com representative will then instruct you on how to forward your TII ADSL/POTS Splitter Model 96-00-1-1 and how to proceed with your claim.
